Commission is only counted once an order is delivered, at the rate of your plan on that day. You see every entry in your dashboard.
Questions
- How do I pay?
- Mobile money or bank transfer. Your dashboard shows the account for your country and a payment reference. We confirm it and your plan starts.
- What if my plan expires?
- You simply go back to Starter. Nothing is deleted — your items, orders and history stay exactly where they are.
- Is the free plan really free?
- Yes, forever. A business with no website can be found, take orders and keep a basic ledger without paying anything.
- Can I change country pricing?
- Prices follow the country your business is registered in, shown in that country's currency.
