7-Day Returns

Eligible items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original packaging.

For hygiene and safety, certain items such as earbuds, innerwear and personalised products cannot be returned unless faulty.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method or as store credit.
